When you are in hibernation-take double Self-Care

There is time we, humans hibernate or isolate, we tend to ignore the calling of our guardians or emotions.

The simple act that could literally wake us up in the process, when you see the mess of your room and you want to drop crying on the floor because it makes you feel even useless or helpless, rather than sabotage yourself, try to be your own guardian, said that it is ok and we will go through this mess together, we do not wish to perfect this right now, but good enough for us to feel we have support from everywhere especially ourselves.

Do not underestimate it, even the dust you see on your window could ruin your entire day. That is how powerful the pain-body is like, the wound.

If you tend to sleep more than 10 hours and wondering why, you may be just too tired for too long, if you suddenly drop crying without reason, you may repress many things for so long that you forget them all ,though feelings are there, it needs d to process and digest, like what left in memories are feeling even those actual fact or pictures might fade away.

Just let yourself cry without judging, let the feeling storm you without reacting and let your child-self says things without interrupting, be the observer, be the compassionate mother or the father to yourself, forgive, surrender and allow the release of those left burning pains.

The most easy things to notice is your sleep and eating pattern because those are the basic sources of your energy that you are closely connected to. What is first to signal the change you can notice is what do you eat? Can you still feel the foods? and How is your sleep? What is your dream feeling like? It is almost subconsciously tells you what happen to you.

when the eating or the sleeping chains are interrupted for sure that any small things take you away really easily, you will spend almost all of your energy just to hold the hot water stream that will break anytime. If you wake up from a dream feeling bad, it might be “Stress Dream” that literally means you are stress even you wake up and say there is nothing you are stress about. If you wake up and have many dreams in many world, maybe your angel guardians trying to rely messages to you that your mind not necessarily have to be able to comprehend it.

So watch out your eating and sleeping order really well, if possible add on exercise, yoga, massages, healing sounds, any body works and spend some times for painting, let your feet touch the earth, hang out with nature, find stillness, and read favorite or magic book of yours. If you are still working every day, then build goal papers, schedule or momentum of your work and notice the sign of burn out from the early stage, go get some awe times. Last but not least, establish healthy boundary for yourself and know that self-care is up and down, not everyday is a good day, just in the hard time take a double self-care.

I see this as a “Transformation” the process we will have to go through anyways to grow to our highest potential self as long as we alive. Positively, it is time we can review, reflect and see more of who we are. The time we can spend more with ourselves and learn to have a healthy routines for the more to come.
